Dr. Shubham Patidar is a distinguished clinician, passionate academician, and one of the most innovative minds in Indian medical education today. A proud alumnus of Jhalawar Medical College, Jhalawar (Batch of 2013), he is widely known for his interactive teaching style, creative mnemonic learning methods, and his extraordinary ability to simplify complex medical concepts into instantly recallable points.
Currently serving as a Government Medical Officer in Rajasthan, Dr. Shubham blends strong clinical experience with innovative educational design, creating a bridge between academic medicine and practical clinical learning for students and doctors across India.

🎓 Academic Journey & Achievements

During his MBBS undergraduate years at Jhalawar Medical College, Dr. Shubham demonstrated exceptional academic excellence and leadership. He represented the college in multiple State-Level PG Dermatology Conferences (CUTICON – IADVL Rajasthan Chapter) and secured First Prize twice — at Ajmer Medical College and Bikaner Medical College.
He also achieved a Top National Rank in the Jaypee National Dermatology Quiz, earning recognition across the state for his academic brilliance.
His creative and thought-provoking medical writings were featured in the college magazine “Abhivyakti”, where he wrote on medical learning, mnemonics, and motivation. His engaging articles became popular reading material among students and faculty alike.
Even as an undergraduate, he became known across various medical colleges for teaching juniors through short, concise notes and easy-to-remember mnemonics. His innovative methods gained traction on medical education blogs and national academic websites, marking his early entry into the world of medical content creation.

🏛 Early Career & Teaching Experience

After completing MBBS, in 2019, Dr. Shubham joined the Department of Anatomy, Jhalawar Medical College, as a Senior Demonstrator, under the mentorship of Dr. Manoj Sharma Sir, Dr. Hemlata Ma’am, and Dr. Gopal Sir.
His interactive anatomy demonstrations combining visual learning, mnemonics, and applied logic became highly appreciated by students and faculty alike. His engaging teaching sessions helped students grasp foundational concepts of anatomy with clarity and confidence.
Later, he joined the Department of Dermatology (Skin & VD) at SRG Hospital, Jhalawar, as a Junior Resident, under the guidance of Senior Professor Dr. Atul Vijay Sir, with close mentorship from Dr. Shail Agrawal Ma’am and Dr. Manoj Sharma Sir. Here, he gained hands-on experience in clinical dermatology and venereology, managed diverse skin and VD cases, and actively participated in academic case discussions and departmental seminars.

🧠 Psychiatry & Neurobehavioral Training

In 2020, after securing an excellent NEET-PG rank, Dr. Shubham Patidar joined the Government JLN Medical College, Ajmer, on a government-recognized seat for the MD Psychiatry course in the Department of Psychiatry & De-addiction, under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Mahendra Jain Sir, Senior Professor and Head of Department (HOD).
During his residency, he trained under Dr. Parth Singh Sir and Dr. Charan Singh Jilowa Sir, mastering the art of psychological counseling, de-addiction therapy, and clinical psychiatry management. He also pursued his MD Psychiatry residency alongside his postgraduate colleague, Dr. Dharmveer Gurjar, which further enriched his academic and clinical experience.
This comprehensive training broadened his understanding of human cognition and behavioral medicine, ultimately shaping his educational philosophy — focusing on how the brain learns, remembers, and recalls efficiently.

As a Faculty & Content Creator Specialist at M3 Academy, Dr. Shubham has designed and led more than 14 high-yield Medical Officer Expert Courses, integrating comprehensive MCQ practice, rapid summary notes, and real-clinical reasoning modules.
He conducts live interactive teaching sessions known for their clarity, conceptual flow, and energy — turning difficult topics into simple, memorable frameworks.

🔪 Surgical Training & Advanced Clinical Exposure

Driven by deep clinical curiosity, Dr. Shubham Patidar later transitioned into surgical sciences.
He joined the Department of General Surgery, SRG Hospital – Jhalawar Medical College, as a Junior Resident, under the leadership of Dr. Sanjay Porwal Sir (Principal & Controller) and Dr. Ashok Sharma Sir.
Here, he gained substantial exposure in minor, major, and emergency surgeries, developing keen surgical judgment and procedural confidence.
He subsequently appeared again for NEET-PG, achieving a high rank and earning a Government-recognized MS (General Surgery) seat at RNT Medical College, Udaipur.
Under the expert guidance of Dr. Siddharth Verma Sir (PG Guide), he trained in a high-volume surgical unit alongside his talented peers – Dr. Devwrat Nagar, Dr. Pulkit Agrawal, and Dr. Poulomi Mahapatra – where he mastered operative skills, teamwork, and perioperative management.
His thesis on “Dermabond Glue for Sutureless Wound Closure” received high academic appreciation for its clinical innovation and precision.
During his rotatory posting in the CTVS (Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery) Department under Dr. Vinay Nathani Sir (MCh, HOD CTVS), he assisted in a rare open-heart surgery lasting over 18 hours, serving as the primary assistant and patient handler throughout the case.
He independently performed over 150 ICTD (Intercostal Chest Tube Drainage) insertions during his PG training, earning the reputation of a confident, skilled, and dependable surgeon.
Parallely, he cleared the RUHS–RPSC Government Medical Officer Examination with 73 marks, achieving an excellent state rank and joining the Rajasthan State Health Services as a Government Medical Officer.
